Its a bit thinner than expected
I bought this to support my head and neck while doing pilates.I may have needed to purchase two to get the desired result as a thick block is very uncomfortable.My main issue is that bits of it come off in my hair - I would suggest covering it with a light towel -it feels quite fragile, but i love the principle.

Ok but use cover on it
It's ok however in the long run it's better to put some fabric cover on it to avoid crumbling.

Bits coming off
Product arrived quick but soon as I took it out of the bag bits of foam was coming off. Returned and got refunded promptly

Great for pilates and yoga
Sometimes I need a wee lift to support in some poses, this is perfect for that. It's also great if on knees and they are sore.

Wonderful props
Would not do yoga without these. Wonderful props, and very helpful for kneeling posses. Last one I had lasted years.

Confusing Amazon Post
I thought I was ordering 2 blocks in the 2 available sizes of this item. However, not surprisingly because of the low price, only the half thickness block of 1" arrived. The block is fine, but I was actually hoping I could order the thicker 2" as well, but I can't see how to do that on the amazon posting.

Justamente lo que estaba buscando para trabajar los tendones de Aquiles. Un amigo me lo recomendó y no fue fácil encontrar algo así. Los bloques que hay en todas partes son muy duros. Este es suave, firme y muy cómodo.
