Chrysler Genuine 68053288AC Anti-Lock Brake System Module

Bought this ABS module for a 2009 Chrysler Town & Country Touring van. Replaced it myself, using T20 Torx wrench. Had to have it programmed by the dealer, cost me $375 in NJ. Expensive repair, but necessary to regain speedometer, odometer, high speed acceleration, and solve power door issue.

Amazon was telling me this was not going to work, other dealers were giving me this same part number. Installation is not hard but a pita due to the torx bolts, just do it slowly. The kit came with a bunch of rubber seals also, seals I would advice to replace. Installation was ok, just be patient. Once all is set you have to tell the car to recognize/initialize the new abs module. You can do that at the dealer or buy a license of alfaobd or see a friend has a scan or good enough that can do the trick. Once you initialize the module to match the car you are good to go.

Received part and I understand that it’s a used part, however some of the pins were bent. While this part is out of stock with Chrysler for a new one until March 2022, we were able to straighten the pins to plug it in and so far the part works fine. Just wish the seller would have Check that thoroughly before sending out the part. I would’ve been very disappointed if it had not work and I have been without my vehicle until March of next year

I got the dealership to install it . So far so good! Lucky it was in stock the dealer took me $900 and I had to wait until 2022 yes next year!!!

Worked with a 09 VW Routan 4.0 SEL. Came with a rusty dirty pump and motor still attached. Needs to be calibrated with a scan tool including a driving part following instructions on scan tool. Search YouTube C2200 and you will find instructions for Chryslers and dodges. Routan is the same.

That it was a fair price for a brand new OEM module!

Great product but you'll have to pay the dealer another 100 bucks to program it.
