Hello, Run time at 650W is 6 minutes for Ellipse ECO 1600. None of the Ellipse ECO or Ellipse PRO can achieve 10 minutes runtime.1600VA models already implement the highest battery configuration within these ranges. Best regards, The Eaton team

I didnt install the bundled software. I installed NUT (network UPS tools)

Q: What type of power cable connection will i need to connect my qnap nas to this?

I have a qnap Nas connected to mine and it uses the standard power cable that is provided in the box with this ups. The cable is called a IEC C14 Plug to IEC C13 Socket Extension Lead

Q: Does this work with the bt home hub?

The power supply on the hub is likely a power brick. The ups supplies are kettle cables, they don't provide any other cables, so only with adapters
