Works perfectly for spinning water if of salad.

This spinner feels cheap it's rather light, cleaning it is fine, but the outer bowl seems like it could be cracked easily. The spinning function is a bit janky, but it works and does the job needed.

The only part of this design I don't like are the latches.

This thing is near impossible to spin and when you manage to spin it, water splashes out the gap between the cover and bowl. I've never used a salad spinner as difficult to use as this one. It also looks nothing like the one in the photo. The one I got has a green basket instead of white. The only reason I didn't give it 1 star is because this one is said to use polypropylene which is the safest plastic on the market. Otherwise it is garbage.

I received a product different from the one pictured here and in other reviews. My salad spinner came with a basket that was green, not white. It has no feet and uses two clamps to close instead of one.This spinner is made of flimsy plastic. The inner basket is visibly misshapen and will only lock in with the lid if you put a monumental effort into it. It took me 10 to 15 minutes just to get everything snapped well enough for the spinner to be usable.To make matters worse, this thing did a pretty poor job of spinning salad. Little water came out and my lettuce remained wet even after extended vigorous spinning. And then bits of salad got stuck up in the lid, making cleaning a pain.Needless to say, this purchase was a big disappointment and I would suggest that other prospective buyers be wary. You might wind up with an inferior and borderline useless product.

It works just like promised. I’ve put off buying one because I didn’t think they would work. I love using it. The inside basket is a bit flimsy, so I’m careful when I wash it. For the price it’s worth it. If I used it daily it maybe a problem and convenient having to hand wash.
