I bought this on advice from a friend. I am taking to see if it helps lower my prediabetic glucose levels. Too early to tell but I have read good things about it in medical type websites. In regards to the product: it arrived in great shape, wrapped and sealed. The juice is not very bitter at all so I just drink it plain. I take it twice per day. I have not noticed any adverse effects. I have been taking it for about 4 days. Once open it says to use within 30 days which should not be an issue. I hope it helps. One last thing, I communicated with the seller and from my one interaction I am left with the impression that this is an honest seller who is customer focused. I ended up taking about half the bottle basically because of not sticking to my plan. It says to use within about 30 days of opening so I did not drink it all in time as I skipped days. The product seems good so this is not anything against the product.

My A1C has came down from 10.0 to 8.9 in about 6 months. Juice is very expensive. Price seems to be increasing every month or so. If you drink as directed, 1lg. bottle will last a week. So, will it cure diabetes? Probably not. Will you're A1C improve? Maybe. But, It does keep your blood sugar levels from spiking. Also, has lowered my levels from high 300 hundreds to lower 200 hundreds. On a good day to mid 100's. So, if you can afford it. And, keep taking it month after month. I'd recommend it.

Of course it's bitter. It can be dealt with as you should only do 30ml at a time. Or can mix in another beverage, juice, smoothie or even coffee. Had some health issues so I know it isn't as effective with the meds I am taking, but working on a baseline to see if it does actually work to bring down MY blood sugar (we all know everyone is different with different results.

Taste awful but I accept to drinking it. It working, turn down low diabetic. I lost some weight as few months. Take a time as progress and patient. I feeling funny in my body while I’m exercising. I’m keeping control with my body. It’s working for diabetic & lose weight.

We have been taking a shot of Karela juice followed by a juice chaser (to avoid the bitter taste) & it works great. Since taking it twice a day for 3 days now, we've felt healthier. It's helped with regularity too.
