Revel CCM104 Wet N Dry Grinder, White/Green

Had to remove a star because, unless you know how, the lid is awkward to remove. That said, a tap on a hard surface releases it easily so not too much of a hardship and you will not find a better little grinder. Do grind in short bursts though or you will wear out the motor. Grinds black peppercorns, cardamom pods with ease along with ginger fresh turmeric for curries. Will make small quantities of breadcrumbs, grinds herbs. Love it. Had my previous one for years.

The lid was a bit tight, the appliance stopped working after a couple of months. I contacted their customer support line as I was out of the Amazon refund period. They supplied replacement lid and motor. It works perfectly now. Good customer service.

Really badly redesigned. Once the cover is put on, and item used, the cover is IMPOSSIBLE to remove. Returned the first one as it was impossible to open the cover from the machine. Makes you wonder if the Manufacturer wants the customer to use the grinder. Facing same problem with the replacement

Fantastic little grinder which is really powerful. Only issue was the container is difficult to remove from lid and needs to be banged on table for it to be released. Still recommend this grinder as I have used a few but nothing does the job better than this one.

This is my second grinder after the first one lasted 9 years of daily use. Great for wet and dry grinding, a great way to make your own pesto. It’s pretty easy to clean, ideally you would be able to remove the blades but I’ve never had too much difficulty removing any dirt under the blades. As I said, this is my second unit after the first lasted 9 years. Both have been used to cut wet and dry ingredients to make sauces, pesto or just to chop up nuts. Great little performer. The size is small enough to stay on the work top or go back in the cupboard without any trouble as it’s pretty portable.

I've tried 3 other choppers now, some with 2 cups - one for wet and one for dry. This is far the most superior. Does garlic at breeze, cumin seeds , coffee and nuts, all perfect. It's has a smaller cutting cup to some of the others but the chop quality is excellent. And how often do you want a bucket load of garlic. What most people won't like is the slightly outdated design and the fiddly cup removal after chopping, but you will get used to it. And to top it off, it is quieter than the others.
