Thank you Mr. Peanuts!! My cat is NOT a happy traveller. We have to fly in a week and I’ve been searching high and low for a cat friendly bag that is TSA approved. I’ve read so many horrible scary reviews and then found this one.The construction is solid - everything is well made and sewn strong. The zippers were a bit stiff upon initial use but they’re already loosening. The fabric is such great quality and I love the color.Even our vet stopped and said “this is beautiful!!” Straight from the mouth of a Texas country bet, y’all!!I unboxed and immediately sprayed the pad with catnip spray and the bag itself with FeliWay (best stuff ever in the spray!!). My cat even whisker-marked it that night! She’s such a spook; I was impressed.Today was the trial run - we had to run to the vet for a final check before the flight. Hour drive and she actually curled up and even laid down a bit and slept. My Annabel who was screaming from under the seat on the move up was sleeping safely buckeled in on the way to the vet. I was floored.Love the carry straps - the sides do pull in since she’s 12.7lbs (hey, she eats her problems, ok?) but she can actually move while I’m carrying her and she’s not panicked or squished. She doesn’t seem to prefer the strap alone; the carrier seems to slip behind me too much like a purse would and she gets nervous. I feel the most secure holding the carrying handles while wearing the strap.There’s even a little leash on one of the flap doors - even though she’s a cat, I’ll be attaching it to her collar while in transport next week. That extra level of security makes this cat mom feel so much better about flying 2,000 with my 12lb fur-child.I’ll update post-flight and trip!!UPDATE:My cat has now become quite the traveler!! She’s flown on multiple planes, and taken a cross country trip! I did have to remove her during the TSA screening so they could send her carrier through. She was on a tranquilizer for the flights, making that part easier for us.I sincerely believe the only reason she was able to do this SAFELY was her carrier. You can see how happy she’s snuggled in the carrier during the caravan. She was able to sleep through some of the hardest legs of our journey, and she normally cries in the car. I’m so grateful to this carrier for having the safety features it does, too. It makes me feel better as a cat-mom that she was buckled in the whole time. I could see her from every angle, and I could open two different flaps to pet her. She rode like a champ and this carrier is still in perfect condition a year later. It’s taken a beating, too!We’ve already moved from an apartment to a house in Oregon, and she came to the house to check it out before we moved.She rode in the carrier every time and she’s really so used to it she doesn’t cry anymore unless we’re walking.Edit 2:It’s been 5 years now and this has stood the test of time. She’s ridden in the carrier multiple times over the years and between travels we just fold it up into the bag it came with. It’s by far the best I’ve ever had.

Really well made. Zippers are sturdy and work easily. Case is a heavy canvas, base is wood and fleece covering base is very soft. It has a little side zipper for your pup to stick his head out (shown with gorilla). Shoulder strap has padding. Pocket for treats and bags. Looks like good ventilation all the way around. It is a tad too tall for SW airlines but it will smoosh down easily for take off and landing. Has a strap so it can slide onto the handle of roller luggage.

I am very happy with this carrier! This was Melvin's first flight. He's a 9.5 pound, 9 month old American Bobtail cat. I purchased this carrier specifically for the flight. The carrier had plenty of space for him to stand, turn around, etc. Plus, it was super cushy and plush inside. It's also sturdy but very easy to fold up (when I had to take him out for security, it was easy to plop him back inside afterwards without the carrier collapsing on me). It was definitely way nicer than the original carrier I purchased for day to day things. I ended up just selling off his old one. This one was twice the cost but the quality shows. The zipper pouch in front also held my phone and plane ticket perfectly- a bonus!photo reference- carrier fit fine underneath the seat in front of me. Flew Delta, with first class seating space.

I like how light but at the same time secure it is by design. The ventilation is more than enough at four sides. At first, I thought if my cat could tear does ventilation grill material, but they are sturdy. My cat didn't feel stressed in it (she is incredibly stressed in rigid plastic cages). The overall quality is extremely high, and the bag seems durable. Highly recommended!

This carrier keeps my kitten (4 mo.) sturdy, safe, and accessible. I’ve driven with my carrier and ridden in public transit with it and have had no complaints for the 3 months that I’ve owned it.The pad at the bottom is removable for cleaning purposes but the wood plank between its layers keeps the carrier sturdy for its inhabitant.Additionally, the seat belt buckles add extra safety to the carrier for car travel. My vet is a fan of the bag because the many entrances mean the pet is always accessible.The only issue I’ve seen so far is that my cat does not like the carrier - at all.While the carrier is safe and seemingly comfortable for my pet he has never adapted to being in it. That said, he does like to lay on the bag when it is left out/not in use.Overall, this is a good purchase; just know some animals do not confinement and may complain regardless of the object of their containment.

I bought this in 2018, beware that the price has MORE THAN DOUBLED since then, for seemingly exactly the same product. Regardless, I'd still pay the $75 price tag today. Best pet carrier I've had, the only drawback is that it doesn't expand (which their other products do!). Zippers, attachments, pockets, all A++. Really feels like quality.

Have had it for a year. Has survived a few pukes and even a poop incident (long stories. Don’t ask). I just hose it down and put the liner cover in the wash. It’s still as sturdy as ever. My dog knows when it’s time to go on a car trip when I pull this out. She’s an 8lb Pomeranian. She likes to snuggle and sleep in it and is used to having all the zippers closed while she’s in there. I like that it’s soft and so if she bends the walls walking over it, it doesn’t hurt her. It’s helpful when I’m driving with her alone in the car cause it keeps her in her seat. It gives me a little peace of mind to think she’s hopefully safer riding in the car when she’s strapped in with this.

Bought to take our yorkie on flights. Was spacious and sturdy, didn’t collapse when he was in it. I was able to unzip and let him poke his head out at the airport. Has a side pocket that I could slide my tablet in while boarding. Very much recommend!

If you want a high quality bag at a reasonnable price, its the bag to get. I would say the real length is more like 19" at the base and 17" at the top. My cat is 13 lbs and has enough space in it to be confortable. Recommend to also check the Mr Peanuts website, there is a ton of information there about the bags.

Compré dos para viajar en avión (Aeromexico) con mis gatos de 3 kg. y 6 kg. Ayudó mucho su base que permitió que la orina del más grande no se filtrara a la tela de la transportadora (orinó en el vuelo) y fue muy fácil de limpiar. Es muy resistente y cómoda para los gatos y para nosotros, es cars pero vale el precio.

Havnt used it to travel with my cat yet but I have carried him around in it and he loves it so much better than any plastic one and it is sturdy and good for the price! Would definitely recommend

Me gustó la calidad, se ve resistente. La cama que trae incluida también se ve cómoda. Lamentablemente es pequeña para mi gatita de 6 kilos. La tuve que regresar porque no tiene suficiente espacio.

Excellent carrying cage for my cat. He is on the smaller size and didn’t like his large cat carrying cage I had bought for him.He would meow anytime he was in it on our travels by car or plane. This carrier is amazing! My Milo loves it. He likes the fur pad and all the screen windows he can look out as we travel. I give 10/10 stars for this product which is not just excellent for a cat but would be perfect for small dogs too....thank you for my quite travels now....
