I recently bought a new serum and read that you can microns it for better results. I had a hard time applying it but this device makes it easy as you can just pour the serum into the sterile chamber and roll to apply needles aren’t too deep or too shallow so they don’t irritate but still seem like they’re providing good results. I like that the head can be replaced. Even though jnstructions say you can sanitize it, I wouldn’t rely on at home sanitation for more than a few uses before replacing the needle head

Works great, however, I bought it to use on my face but learned from my aesthetician that for my face, any/everyone’s face should use a derma stamp instead of a roller. The roller can pull your skin, when you’re rolling it to a new location which is awful for your skin but the derma stamp, stops that from being an issue. However, this roller is wonderful for everywhere else on your body!

Good little roller. This is small so easy to get the nooks and crannies. Use an antiseptic over the face before using also clean everything with rubbing alcohol before and after use. I also use a skin healing cream or ointment after treatment. It is uncomfortable. Especially in your sensitive areas. It was hard for me to stand doing the top of my cheek and between my eyes because it made my eyes feel strange like my eyes were saying hold up that’s sharp lol I did not bleed like I would with other rollers the pin prick bleeding. But I’m pretty sure it still did what it was supposed to do. I’ve only used once with a stem cell serum. I think next time I may mix 3 serums together so I can get all the affects I need. Oh and yes it feels like small needles being rolled on your face it’s uncomfortable but not unbearable

I wanted this product bc I saw it on insta and I know that's always $20-50 more. However, I bought this and it arrived with nothing inside.... needless to say I read the fine print and I was wrong. However, this is like buying a fancy car and there's no motor inside. Seems like a scam, highly disappointed. Also, can't even open the container to put the serum in if I wanted. So even tho I was wrong the product is still defective and a waste of time.

Pese a que no se trataba de mi primer dermaroller, nunca había tenido uno tan pequeño, por lo que tenía ganas de ver qué tal. Después de una semana de uso ahí van mis conclusiones: - El tamaño es ideal, puesto que te lo puedes llevar a cualquier parte. Además, ofrece gran precisión para cualquier zona, incluida la cara. - El depósito es una pasada, ya que puedes ponerle cualquier producto para que la piel lo absorba mientras se utiliza. - La presión que ofrecen las agujas está bastante bien. Yo por ejemplo he jugado ejerciendo diferentes presiones y puedes llegar a notarlo bastante, hasta el punto de molestar. Llegados a este punto, cada uno puede decidir cuánto presionar. - Los resultados parece que se notan. Aunque es pronto, ya que según el proceso suele ser más largo, es cierto que se nota cómo la piel se va hidratando. Sobre todo la combinación de agujas+producto acelera el tema. Quiero pensar que no hará desaparecer una cicatriz, pero sí que ayudará a disimularla.
