I have had this ring for a few days and I am very impressed. It is comfortable, and the app and ring work very well given the price point. I have been wearing my Apple Watch, and monitoring the data versus my watch and health app on the iPhone/the steps seem to be accurate- the extra steps are simply tracking every single step you’re taking when not wearing your watch or you have your phone on you, so you are getting more of a full picture of your step count. Love it!

I purchased because I wanted sleep results without wearing my iWatch. The results are very different, the Apple Watch seems to be accurate while I don’t believe the results from the ring.

I’ve had this for a few months. I don’t get it wet… It works really well, but it doesn’t calculate your sleep correctly and the only reason I say this is because it only must think I sleep between 10 PM till like 7 AM but if you sleep anytime after that or like in the afternoon, it doesn’t count it
