If it was a little thinner I think it would have worked for me because I would have felt that I was sleeping in alignment, instead of my neck being bent. In all fairness,I do have cervical spine issues so I am more sensitive to that than others. I loved the coolness of it! Loved that!! And the size is really good. Not too long, not to small. I had my husband use it because he sleeps on his back and he thought it was comfortable. AND I thought he snored less. I am giving it to him and he is happy about that.The usual memory foam smell is VERY faint and dissipates quickly. That too is a plus and the covering on it is very nice. The company also sent an email letting me know that they would be happy to answer any questions or concerns. I would recommend it for back sleepers but probably not for side sleepers. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great comfort *by K***Z on Reviewed in the United States on July 10, 2018* I love that this pillow is hypoallergenic and dust mite resistant. For that alone I may have bought it but the cooling gel aspect was the clincher, the idea of being able to turn my pillow to the 'cool' side on a hot night. It was a little disappointing to barely feel any cooler, I was expecting to feel a real difference but that didn't happen.
