Q: Can you please make smaller tablets or capsules, I will not take huge pills. Please comment on this if you would like this product in smaller pills.

I thought the pills are in capsules, unfortunately they are made in huge tablets , I cut into 4 parts, it still hurts my stomach and I have digestive problem. It would be a lot better if it is in capsule, however, the ingredients on the label with 180 pills in one bottle, it should be able to last two months if taking 3 pills a day! I just got the delivery not too long, I need more time to see if it works on my ankle pain.

Q: is it for old people ?

It's for younger people, too - both young and old can benefit from it. I take it for severe Rheumatoid Arthritis that has attacked my joints and some organs.

Hello Bjorn,The active ingredients Glucosamine Hydrochloride, Sodium Chondroitin Sulfate, Methylsufonylmethane and Ascorbic Acid are procured from a US based companies that has these ingredients imported from China. The Kelp is taken from the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Canada and the Brewer's Yeast from Lithuania (imported by US based company). The Flaxseed and Manganese are sourced form the United States.

Q: Can anyone post a picture showing really how big these are? I swallow some large pills, but other reviews have me worried.

I have to say that these are the biggest pills I've ever had to swallow, and 3 of them makes it really difficult. I was about to give up, but I'm finally getting relief from my hip pain. I've tried cutting up the pills as well as crushing them, but it actually makes it painful to swallow. Regardless, I'll stick with it for the relief I've gotten.
