You can vary power by number of strokes you use to pump it up. I found entirely adequate for pest control. I would not try it on anything much larger than a rabbit.

That is incorrect. With minimal modification a crosman shoulder stock will bolt right up. Not flush with the front of the strikepoint frame. But is an absolute must have mod for this gun.
