This has been a game charger in my home. My cat Charlie tends to wake up early and beg for food and it was really getting to be disruptive and our vet suggested an automatic feeder and it's been such a great help. I've had this about 5 months and no complaints. It works perfectly and keeps the food fresh with no bugs able to get inside. The schedule, timers, and amount of food portions are easy to program and I've taken this with me when we go away on vacation and even when I unplug there is no need to reprogram. Great product!

This feeder is easy to set up and worked well for the first couple weeks. However, it has started to skip meal times even when the time is set correctly. This feeder is no longer reliable and was only purchased almost 2 months ago.

Good but not as airtight as you would think. Cat can knock it over and chew on it. Trial and error for portion sizes.

I tried the feeder yesterday and it works great! It has 6 different schedules you can use for feeding your pet, you can customize the portions you want which is very convenient as your pet grows and needs more food. The system is great! I love that you can connect it to a plug or use batteries, making it very convenient for outdoor pets. I use it for my 4-month-old Jack Russell and it works great! You can even record a voice message so that's neat too!

I've had this for about a year now and it's been working for my cat the entire time so no complaints here

Works ok but random glitches at times !!! Ours...time is not true about 15mins off.
