I feel like this acts as any other milk toner , but way too heavy for anything with slightly oily to combo skin imo , it’s not moisturising enough to skip moisturiser but sticky as hell . If you’re spending for the big bottle go for the I’m from rice toner , it’s also a rice toner but is more watery . But dry skin people will love this and their skin will eat it up istg.

I’ve seen people talk about this on TikTok and didn’t want to jump in a buy the bigger version incase it didn’t work for me. When this runs out I will definitely be purchasing the bigger version! The way this makes your skin glow!! It gives a natural, glow from-within glow- not an oily/ sweaty “I need to watch my face glow”. It’s hydrating and doesn’t clog your pores or skin. Goes beautifully under makeup too. I have oily skin and I don’t find this too oily at all, although if you have reallly oily skin I think there is a lighter version.
