Only complaint is the tap on switch. Beep is delayed when button is tapped and must tap in the center sweet spot for success. Tapping twice for higher hydrogen concentration cycle is hit or miss often resulting in shorter one tap cycle. Easily aborted by tapping switch once more to turn off, then try the two tap again. Am otherwise happy with product.

If I could write less than -0 I would for this product! I was super excited to get it hearing ALL the benefits from its potential, nothing guaranteed of course. But still I WAS excited I was. I got it,.. I charged it, waited till it was ready. Put water in it. Turned it on, then………. It started to work, stopped, started again then quickly stopped…. Then.? I waited & Waited & Waited!!! …….. Nothing!!! It wouldn’t even Turn on so I could try it!!!!!!-A almost $300 Plastic pitcher!!!!! That Can ONLY hold water! Yes I’ll take my money back & try again with someone else’s product of this nature. Maybe theirs will work!!! & I’ll finally get to actually try it!

I kept putting it on backwash mode 3:00 min at first instead of what I wanted to do but I figured it out

SERIOUSLY THINKING OF RETURNING THIS PRODUCT.THE POWER BUTTON IS A REAL HASSLE TO USE.THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE PRINTED IN MICRO-TYPEFACE FONT.CAN'T FIND A MANUFACTURING WEBSITE TO DOWNLOAD A READABLE MANUAL. GRRR...I'm adding this edit...in fairness to the manufacturer I will give this unit another few runs to see if I can master the on / off. I will update this ASAP

The on button does not work half the time - bad design

It’s nice that it’s big but it’s very difficult to get 20 minutes hydrogen versus the 10 minute, the button is flat and has to be hit just right for it to work. The rechargeable batteries last about four different charges and then they need to be recharged again. A pleasant blue light when charging, I haven’t measured the hydrogen produced so I’m curious because of it Being plastic instead of glass and a larger quantity of water. Seems of good quality.

This thing is awful. Power button almost never registers a "touch " . Supposed to tap twice for longer run time it never works and you either get the 10 min setting or it turns off. The spout to pour at the top is awful. Barely pours and makes a mess. If you remove the fill cap when pouring it is slightly better but who wants to do that every time. For what this cost it's a total waste of money.
