I am enjoying this product so far. Unfortunately it was rather expensive including a substantial duty charge to ship to Canada. I was not really expecting a huge duty charge and now I see that this is not available in Canada at the moment. Hopefully we will find a way to get this product soon at a better price.

I'm not a fan of one star reviews, but the other products that are available in this segment are so much better that I feel that the rating is warranted. I've found benefit from the various ketone supplements that have come available over the past few years so I try the new ones when they become available. I bought the Raspberry Lemonade Ketostart without realizing that it only has 10 packets per box. This makes it the most expensive Ketone drink available on Amazon (per drink). Strike One. When I did try it, there's nothing Raspberry or Lemonade about this drink, it overwhelmingly tastes like coconut, a slightly funky coconut. I thought the first packet could have been bad, so I tried the next one, funky coconut. All of them taste like funky coconut. Strike two. The last thing is mostly subjective but, on the label it shows that it has 12g total of ketones, plus a number of supplements which aren't needed. After I drink most ketone supplements I perceive a increased level of awareness. With this stuff, nothing. Strike three. It's silly expensive, tastes nothing like what they advertised, and doesn't contain anything that's needed for a ketone drink and I've never perceived the ketone effects after drinking it.

This product is what it says it is and does what it says it does. I get a really good ketone boost. But that price, tho. Ouch. I guess you get what you pay for. I'll buy it again. And I have bought it again. And again. But... I would buy more of it if there were an unsweetened version. Every sip is like getting punched in the face with SWEET. I bought it a second and third time through my company, and each batch seems sweeter than the last. This last batch is really over the top.

I sometimes do straight keto, but I am also usually doing high-protein with weightlifting. This means I need a lot of protein, but also (traditionally) carbs to go along with it for energy. It's a big challenge for me to get decent carbs (along with the protein) without going over my daily caloric intake and putting on fat. So KetoStart is a great pre-workout option to get that energy in a convenient form. Tastewise, it's much better than the usual chalky tasting electrolyte powers. I got the raspberry-lemonade flavor, and it does taste like real lemonade, not enhanced water. So basically you get the clean energy, electrolytes, and other benefits in one package.

Doing keto to lose 100 pounds in order to qualify for knee replacement. Bought this because I was doing blood testing for ketones, and no matter what I did, I could not get above 0.5 (not even fasting for 72 hours straight). Read the reviews and decided to try it. IT DOESN'T DO *****. Ketones did not increase one bit, and after mixing 2 packets into a 40 ounce water cup, repeatedly for 24 hours (I went through 6 packets and 2 gallons of fluid in 36 hours). My urine turned WHITE, FULL OF WHITE CRYSTALS like I just poured the powder into my urine!!!! Didn't help ketosis AT ALL. Made me think I was going into KIDNEY FAILURE!!! But the next day, after just drinking water, urine went back to being completely normal. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! THIS PRODUCT IS A SCAM. IT DOES NOT HELP YOU MAKE KETONES, your body just uses it to burn AS ketones, which doesn't help YOU at all!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
