Good quality massage tools
This item is a 4 piece solid bamboo massage stick set. I find they are a natural and versatile approach to massage and muscle relief. They are constructed from 100% bamboo and provide deep tissue massage, gua sha, muscle relaxation, and body shaping benefits. The set comes in a convenient carry bag, making it easy to store and transport. The bamboo tools are beautifully crafted, with a smooth finish and a warm, natural aesthetic. I think this is a great set to conduct various massage techniques from targeted deep tissue massage, gua sha scraping techniques, and others. I use these smooth bamboo sticks to apply pressure, knead muscles, and work out tension throughout my body. I get my wife to help with areas I have trouble reaching. I recommend doing some internet research to identify the best way to use these sticks to meet your own goals. I think this set would make a wonderful gift item for any occasion. I believe the price point for this set of sticks is reasonable. Overall, I feel that these massage sticks are a well-crafted and versatile set that provides natural and effective massage relief. The eco-friendly bamboo construction, and portability make it a valuable addition to any wellness routine. While the learning curve and pressure control expertise are considerations, the overall benefits of deep tissue massage and muscle relaxation make it a worthwhile purchase.

Guasha
I would probably suggest doing some research on this before purchasing. These are just wooden sticks, but they have shown some promise with me. They are like mini, ultra firm foam rollers. I am not sure about the drainage or rebalancing effects of guasha, but these do seem to work to massage muscles.

Excellent Fit & Finish; Not A Toy. Needs 2B Used Correctly. Ask Healthcare Professional B4 Use.
had a UPC type sticker/barcode. I believe this sort of presentation lacking. Commodity like.Giftable? The massage sticks are kinda giftable, but I say “kinda” because “no” sales type cardstock type tag, suggesting price and/or provenance, is on or in this, which I think lacking, it’s an “as-is” presentation. Further, if the recipient has no idea of the brand, by color and design, than unless they rooted inside the bag, near the bottom, the sewn-in tag is the only reference to the brand. Finally, as a recipient I would think that without any sort of branded presentation packaging, that this could be a hand-me-down, or worse, re-packed and/or pre-owned.Size of package?About (15”) x (5”) x (3”).Weight of package?About one (1) pound three (3) ounces. What’s inside the package? The massage sticks of course, however, a nice drawstring “branded” travel bag was included. Were instructions included?Yes – a small quarter sheet? Are the sticks (100%) bamboo?Visual inspections suggest they are, further, the instructions corroborate such. Are they suitable for deep tissue massage?I opine they are.Does [correct] use provide muscle soreness relief?I opine they do.Are the edges smooth and rounded? They sticks do offer smooth and rounded edges (there is just a tad of resistance, from the grain, but that is to be expected; otherwise, no burrs or rough edges. Can I do self-massage?To some degree, yes.Are these massage sticks thick?Yes.Diameter of sticks? The large has a diameter of about (30)mm and the smaller was marginally over.Weight of sticks? The larger weighs about (180) grams, or about (6.3) ounces and the smaller about (78) grams, which is about (2.8) ounces.Listing accurate?Hmm, I think it fairly represents what I received, except for the carrying bag. I received a compact “drawstring” bag, whereas the listing suggested it was “a compact zippered pouch[.]” No big deal.Care instructions? The instructions suggest a dry towel, before and after use and not to wash in water [understandable].Finish? There appears, I think, to be a light clear finish on the sticks, which aids in smoothness. What about that finish?I really do not know the exact type of finish.Does the suspected finish pose any health concerns? Not knowing for sure that there is a finish and what that finish might be, I really do not know, that’s a negative. Reason being, I want to know if I should have any concern over the finish contacting me; further, whether it’s a sustainable finish and whether I need to refinish this in the future.Odors?Real or imagined, I think not. What I like about this. It’s sturdy, has proven durable, and it has proven to be solid, so far. Capable of taking my weight and various positions, as I find my trigger points, of those areas I want to treat.ValueI did some shopping around, these are not inexpensive, so, here, the price is competitive.Use?Slowly, carefully, and only after a healthcare professional gives approval and all instructions are read and re-read. I have only started at the recommended use, taking this slowly, on different parts of my body where the pain is and that this attempts to treat.Material this is made of?BambooCan I heat these?Yes, follow the included instructions.County of origin? The listing notes China, I will not question such, even though this information is not corroborated with the product – although the contact telephone number is located in China.Any certifications? No, but I think the following could have been possible.Does this have a Greenguard Certification? No. This certification is offered through Underwriters Laboratories (UL), a not-for-profit organization that tests and certifies products to ensure they meet safety standards; for instance, such would have proven, to me, that the massage sticks had been tested for volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and other pollutants.TÜV SÜD America certification?I see “no” TÜV SÜD certification mark surrounding these massage sticks. What is TÜV SÜD America? It’s a trusted partner that tests products aimed at the US market to deliver safe and reliable products; it’s a symbol of product safety in my mind.RoHS certified? No.RoHS stands for?Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS), which are European Union rules restricting the use of hazardous substances to protect the environment and public health.CE standard? No.What is CE?This is a European standard that has no weight in the United States. Is there contact information?Yes, refer to the instructions. Is this perfect?Based on the totality of my review, no.Rating?Based on the totality, I think these a very strong four (4) stars. Had some certification been obtained, I would have considered these a perfect five (5) star item.I hope my thoughts added helpful information.

Far too expensive for bamboo sticks
These bamboo sticks are exactly as advertised and come nicely finished with a medium-shine lacquer. They feel sturdy and can take a lot of pressure without so much as bending due to their high diameter. If you know how to use them for massage, they will serve exactly the purpose you may expect. But let’s be real – four bamboo sticks, even those of nice quality, costing $26 is mindblowing. I don’t see the value at this price.Additionally, the sticks could have come in a cardboard box (recyclable) but instead came in a plastic bubble wrap bag. I didn’t see a storage bag included with my set, but it could have been crumpled up at the bottom of the shipping bag and I just missed it.
