Easy to install. Took about 1 hour. I did drill the hole in my quartz countertop. That took some time and patience. It is better to take your time drilling. Use a diamond bit and start your hole at a 45 degree angle. This prevents the bit from sliding on your counter top and scratching it. Once the drill advances into the countertop you can move the bit to 90 degrees and complete your hole. Use some water. The bit gets extremely hot. My water was boiling and I paused to allow the bit to cool before completing the hole. The saddle for the drain connection was easy to complete as was the cold water supply hook up. The color coded lines make the installation easy. The push and pull connections are also easy to complete. It takes up a lot less space under my sink due to it being a tankless system. I love the fact that I can choose from filtered water or use RO water. A real time TDS display shows water quality when the RO water is being used. It runs quiet and produces water quickly in both filtered and RO modes. I would definitely buy this item again. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This filter is pretty ROCK STAR. It is relatively easy to install. Doesn’t take up too much space under the counter. The water has a better taste than bottled water. Just don’t forget that you need an electrical outlet under the counter to operate it. It makes a little noise when it runs but nothing obnoxious. Everything in the kit is well labeled and most of the connections are shark bites so they just press into each other. Also, RO systems help eliminate micro-plastics making this safer than bottled water.

I have bad water quality in our neighborhood, but this system provides all our drinking and cooking water. It stays neat under the sink, and replacing the filter is incredibly easy. Very convenient for everyday use.

Do not purchase this product! After making the mistake of buying this water filter system I realized they don’t even sell the replacement RO filter making it absolutely useless and a disposable product. They are quick to discontinue things and push the latest model on you. Stay away from any products made by this company. Very cheap quality absolutely not worth the money. Save yourself the hassle and purchase a reputable brand.

I was excited to get this machine. It was working fine at first, said TDS was 18, and the little TDS meters I have said the same. Then went to 13, I was excited. But when I checked with my TDS meters, it was like 230. So that was a big disappointment. I reached out to the company. No problem, they sent a new machine. Now it reads 23, and the little TDS meters I have, said about the same. Now I used it for maybe a month, month and a half, I tried with my TDS meters, and it is now like 180-220. Disappointing is not even the right word. I cannot keep getting these machines installed, and get a handyman to take it out and back on. I honestly wanted it to work. Also, 23 and 18 was more than the TDS I wanted to begin with but false readings?... that is not okay. I really wanted it to work, as it is otherwise so good, long life filters, looks great, uses very little space. But if it is not filtering, what is the point? UPDATE 10/29/2025 I contacted customer care on the above issue and they sent me a new machine. I started seeing the same issue of display not matching, I contacted their support and they advised me to let it run for a bit since it is maybe the older water in the system making it read wrong and to my surprise, that was it! The machine said 13 and my TDS meter agreed with it. So moral of the story is, you have to wait like 2 minutes (which is a big waste of time and water), but you do get the number on display. So I am now happy that I am now finally getting the good quality water I bought this machine for. And it actually does taste really good too! :)

My water tastes good better than filtered store water bottles and installation was easy. Hope filters last as advertised.

Have been using this system for 2 months or so, and my water tastes so much better! I have no regrets about buying this product. It works great and really didn’t take up much space. I did have to have a handyman install it. I did have to call customer support but only because I thought I needed to replace the filters but I didn’t. April was as a pleasure to talk to and knowledgeable about the system.
