Teeth feel fresh, and it killed the halitosis entirely. I like this dental paste so much I bought two for my son who was born without adequate tooth enamel. He used sensidyne before but wanted to whiten his teeth, and periobiotic silver has a unique ingredient of hydroxyapatate (forgive my spelling) which I googled and it's safe for all teeth and strengthens enamel. So win win. Downside, the tubes are tiny, but you don't need much unlike most other pastors in order to get a good amount of the foam from brushing. Also, read the directions because the whitening and germ killing continues after brushing so do not rinse or swallow.
