Good quality lift, easy to use.
Good quality product, able to place spa 8 inches from wall in patio. Instructions crude and poorly copied.Just mount brackets even with back edge of spa.

Only had one shock.one shock attachement pin.missing parts.terrible.

could be built better
this design was not as sturdy as the one i got from spa depot. they are very handy but this model is not built as good as others. i love my quality built one

There's quite a bit of assembly required. You need power tools in order to install this.
