Ensures are so good I would drink them even if they weren’t a health product. In my life I have never had a better health product. I have an eating disorder that makes it really hard for me to get myself to eat, but ensures are 1. Such a small amount of liquid (8oz), and 2. Delicious, that I’ve been able to get into a routine of eating more, AND they have a ludicrous amount of calories! Abbott created it in a lab to be the biggest caloric bang for your buck. I pound one or two of these down in the morning as breakfast and I’m good to go, thank you Abbott for these lab created nutrients!

Surprisingly great taste!
I’ve been struggling to gain weight and tried a different ensure first- big mistake. I read the reviews for these and was convinced everyone was crazy for saying they tasted good. They actually do taste great! And they’re not huge so I can drink it in one sitting. Just started two days ago so I don’t know if it’s effective yet (along with eating enough of course) but I’m hoping these will do the trick!
