Simpli-Magic Cotton Terry Towels, Commercial Grade, White, 55 Pack, Size: 17" x 14"

Purchase these to use at my Yoga Studio for sweat towels. My clients love the offering, and the towels have held up great. The size is perfect to use as a sweat towel or a hand or face towel. The towels wash well - I throw them in the washing machine with bleach every time to sanitize and an extra hot water, and I have not had them shrink, discolor or color fade. The texture is a bit rougher, however, after a few washes, they feel similar to your traditional hand, towel or washcloth. The towels do not shed a lot when washing or using. Highly recommend for simple towel solution or cleaning clothes.

Good quality for the price.

For roughly $.50 a towel, you can't beat the product. Realistically, they're not the highest thread-count, dense terry towel of a high-end washcloth or hand towel. However, for kitchen use, utility use, these are ideal. I noted very few "seconds" (ones with a stray hem stitch or misshapen) - clean, right angles and stitched well. They're super-absorbent (as 100% cotton should!), soft and well suited for lots of odd jobs around the house. Not a dinner napkin* for guests necessarily (*per product image), but you could certainly use it as such and be fine - I do!If they do begin falling apart after a few washes and high-heat/bleach rounds to sanitize, I'll update my post to status. Realistically that will happen over time, and I'm good with that. I think they'll stand up to the job.

Remove the word "plush" from the description and the description would be closer to the truth. Not bright white as pictured, but more of a slight off-white. Essentially, lower quality washcloths. You would not give these to house guests, but they are acceptable for use in the garage when working on your car.UPDATED FROM 3 STARS TO 4 STARS: They appear to be quite durable. They appear "made to last", so I changes my 3-star rating to 4 stars.

The first time I purchased these towels, I was very pleased with the product. The towels were very soft and and a good quality. However, even though I did a reorder, the quality of the second order is not good. They are cheaply made and can only be used in a situation where a rough towel can be used and discarded. I will not buy from this company again.

I LOVE these for cleaning cloths since they hold up well and I can bleach them. I bought the same ones a few years ago and after enough got holes in them, I bought again. These will be my go to for years to come. As other reviewers have mentioned, they WILL shed AT FIRST. You will ABSOLUTELY need to wash first and run through dryer a couple times with intermittent lint changes. Seriously change the lint tray mid cycle for the first few dryer runs. IMO, this is to be expected and I don’t consider this a drawback, rather just part of buying towels. You’ll be fine with one wash and one dryer run, but you’ll have a lint mess to vacuum up. After a couple times being washed and dried, they no longer shed. So don’t let the bad reviews for this reason sway you, just be prepared so you can get a helluva deal on SIXTY terry towels!

Bought these to help with cleaning for the furniture I flip and I love them. I also use some for cleaning. They work amazing and clean up very nice. I even used to clean my boyfriends apartment with a steam cleaner! Highly recommend! So many uses! They are not thin little rags that get holes after one use! Theo em in washer with some bleach and they are good as new!

This product says "Plush" but it doesn't seem to be that. I mean I have bought some big packs of 50 towels for around the same price and they were absolutely plush. The picture is a little deceiving. It's not plush at all. Still it's a great price for what I need it for. I don't know if I would buy this again. Definitely not if I'm looking for plush towels but maybe for just work towels like cleaning my hands with hand cleaner or checking the oil level in my car or things in that nature where I wouldn't be washing them after use, I would just throw them away. I was looking for Plush. Something to wipe away the sweat from my face, head, neck in arms when I'm working out in the sun.
