CuisinartCGPR-221 Cast Iron Grill Press (Wood Handle)

Very sturdy and a good weight, what I particularly like about this is the longer distance between the handle and the plate as it means your hand does not get hot using it, definitely the best grill press in my opinion.

Only had this a few days. First use last night for a piece of ribeye cooked in a griddle pan.Last time icooked using the pan the meat was curled up when I turned it over.This time I was able to keep it absoulutely flat and the steak seemed to cook more evenly.Great addition to my kitchen and I can see it getting plenty of use. Especially when BBQ season starts.

Great quality, slightly too large for my pans unfortunately, but is still a great tool to use

Love my meat press. I use it frequently to cook steaks and they come out perfect every time. Really seal in the flavour/seasoning and produce juicy steaks in express time. Highly recommended for any like minded carnivore out there.
