Bitter taste, no information about growing/gathering
The bitter taste is not particularly strong but I stopped using this almost immediately due to the lack of information about where the mushrooms were grown and harvested. I think something as potentially toxic as a mis-identified mushroom should be taken seriously. If these are wild-gathered by someone, I want to know the credentials of the mushroom hunter and where the mushroom originates from. I don't think the makers of these products should just assume that
