Fenugreek I use them for the food and the aroma was amazing and test delicious, also I boiling them a little and drink the water helps me for my period, also before i wash my hair i use it as conditioner, the size of the package is big and value for money and quality

Contains hard objects similar to sand/stone chips
The seeds are great, however a fluidised bed / air separation needs to be used. This was discovered after soaking seeds overnight and eating the next day nearly chipped a molar.
