Small but a good product.

As per an earlier review, they Bio-electrical Impedance Analysis feature doesn’t work. The scale breaks down overall weight into several groupings via a mathematical formula and things like BMI, fat % are wrong. Eg If You hold a heavy object while on the scale, your "13 body composition metrics" will increase. If You put the object down, then all the "13 body composition metrics" decrease. so it is all based on weight and nothing else. very disappointing as I specifically wanted it for accurate measurement of fat% especially.

Very accurate...easy to use

I bought this scale to replace an old scale which only displayed my weight. I wanted to be able to track my body fat percentage, muscle mass, etc. and this scale perfectly delivers. Is it 100% accurate? Of course, not. Nothing will be as accurate as getting an actual body scan. However, this is good enough if you go in knowing that there is a margin of error for your stats. Weight wise, the scale is accurate. On various occasions I've weighed myself on this scale and my old one and they are usually only off of one another by .2 of a pound, which is no big deal to me. Sometimes this scale will be the one showing me at a higher weight than my old one, and sometimes my old one will be showing me at a higher weight than this one... but it's only by .2 of a difference so it doesn't matter. The app is easy to use and pair up to the scale. I've had 3 family members try it out and it works well for them too. However, if you have someone with big feet in your family then you're better off buying the bigger sized version versus this one. My brother and my dad both wear 9 to 9 1/2 sized shoes. This scale has no problem displaying my dad's stats. When it comes to my brother though, it only displays some of the stats but he does not get a reading for muscle mass and a few other things... so that's a good thing to keep in mind.

Works really well with the app. However, this product and I have regular disagreements because I enjoy eating, and it doesn’t lie about the results each time I hop on. I appreciate how it keeps track of your progress and allows you to look back at previous stats.

El equipo trabaja bien, descargar la app no es difícil, pero puedes usarlo sin la app, pero no le sacas todo el provecho. Buena relación precio-calidad. Muy recomendable.
