This is a very nicely packaged 1 month supply of natural Nootropic supplements for brain clarity and overall energy. I like that everything comes in individual packages to take on-the-go daily, so no fussing with different bottles and sorting them out in a pill organizer. I like to keep this box at work and easily take a pack with my mid-morning snack, very convenient.Nootropics are becoming more and more of a buzzword, so I should start by saying the most important thing to do for improving cognitive function is to simply be healthy. If you’re not taking care of your body and eating well, then changing your lifestyle is the quickest way to improve brain health. Otherwise, nootropics is a great next step, and this product has some unique ingredients in this direction. These packets include 450mg artichoke, 1000mcg B12, 500mg L-Phenylalanine, 250mg Forskolin, 100mg Caffeine, and 200mg L-Theanine. I already take B12 and L-Theanine daily, so this saves from from having to buy more if those. Otherwise besides caffeine, the rest of the ingredients are new to me as nootropics.Apparently artichoke extract improves neurotransmitters and neurogenesis, and reduces inflammation. Methylliberine is a natural caffeine alternative that boosts energy levels, mood and focus. L-Phenylalanine is an essential amino acid that enhances mood, memory, learning, and alertness. And Forskolin improves memory, learning, and mood. So quite an impressive list of ingredients and benefits!My only issue is the price of course. This is a 1 month supply which means each packet comes to $5.62 daily which is quite steep considering I take other multivitamins for overall health. This is far more expensive than any other supplements I take so I’d like to see the cost come down in order to order this product again. Started on this January 2nd & have had to make adjustments to using it here & there.I have concluded that this is NOT for everyone.But in fairness I can see some shifts toward better focus, but just here & there, nothing daily, but it's only been 3 weeks too. FYI: also you can skip the white capsule if you have caffeine sensitivity.I'm realistic to appreciate that there can be many factors that cause that pattern. Not sleeping good, added caffeine use, competing with other supplements you may not be aware of, etc.Because of these factors, you have to drop othere supplements for that time to see what is helping or not & why.I don't feel this is a supplement for just anyone as I mentioned above.The cost is up there for a 24 day supply. I'm aware of the ingredients & still can't justify that amount.I have taken nootropics for the brain & found there are some effective ones for less, that are all natural & third party verified, etc. I would recommend looking closely at all of them, read reviews, compare price, etc before starting on one.My concern is also about all the packaging for 3 capsules a day. You are partly paying for all of it. I dropped a star for the environmental impact, & another for price. Also the print is nearly impossible to read on the box side panals.Just to be clear, this has worked & I'm not saying otherwise. But I will return to my go to favorite that works 'better' for me anyway.My recomendation is to approach this with a realistic caution

I’ve been very skeptical about this. Finally ordered because I was feeling like I was just dragging at work. Wow! I don’t feel jittery or weird. I just feel like I can get through my tasks with ease. Will definitely purchase again.

I feel pretty good about this stack! You have the choice to or not to take the provided caffeine (white pill) just as their other stacks and that’s been a great option as some days I just don’t want a lot of caffeine. The listed ingredients all have worked well to keep me motivated and sharp minded too. Even without the caffeine! I’ve waited to finish my first month to write the review so I could give this my real opinion and the truth is I like it.. There’s a funny taste about one of the capsules and I haven’t been able to put my finger on it, but it’s different. Not bad. Just different. I still went ahead and bought another month though to keep this going..

I have some concerns about the claims of this product mainly because of the claims of 'reducing procrastination' with artichoke extract or decreasing jitters with dynamine (which is a caffeine alternative), when theanine might have been a better example of counterbalancing jitters. Nonetheless, I've taken this for about 2 weeks and I feel like I've had some caffeine (which it contains), but that's about it. I realize supplements may take much longer than traditional pharmaceuticals because of how they work in the body so I am willing to give this more time, but with a price point of just under $135, or roughly $5 a serving, I will not be taking it once I run out. The price is prohibitive for many, including me.

I like the company and the quality of products they make. I will definitely order a lot more.

A month supply for $135? No thank you. These ingredients are way cheaper individually, and its nothing fancy. The energy you will get from this is akin to a strong cup of matcha. The only difference is this is more convenient to take. Will this give you energy? Maybe a little. I expected a little more out this.
