Good and clear advices
Very clear book with information useful for the new and old auditor.Good examples of false NC and advices regarding how to handle different kinds of situations.

Good overview of ISO and good and bad practices.
I also have 50 years in manufacturing ; 20 years auditing and consulting. Fred's observations are spot on. There are a lot of bad auditors out there and some bad CB's pushing auditors to issue NC's to create cash flow.
