$200 for a 28 page pamphlet is such a rip off I should have read closer my own fault but I hope I save someone else the embarrassment of buying this absolute rip off. Everything in this book is so basic it is ridiculous. Amazon should be Embarrassed to even list this. Caveat emptor folks but do not buy this
