As long as cap is closed and stored at room temp, they don’t expire.

I've read that it means not enough blood. I've had drops of blood that would have a vampire salivating and still got that Er 4 code. I also read that the batteries could be bad or going bad. After 5 failed test strips, I popped the batteries out and replaced them. The next reading worked. Just this morning I failed 5 more strips. I popped the batteries out again and it failed with Er 4. Either I have a bad batch of strips or the entire device, strips and all are garbage and need to be dropped off in one of Jersey's landfills. I'll be buying something else.

Do these work with Relion premier voice?

Yes, but if you're trying to save money go to Sam's Club and get the Prodigy meter. You'll spend about one-tenth of the cost on the meter and the strips
