I read over the reviews before I ordered my gummies. Years ago when I was struggling with BED I struggled with my weight gain and began taking Hydroxycut. I do remember losing weight but no so sure because I didn’t exercise or change my diet. 16 months into a fitness journey with a good amount of fat to lose, I decided to try fat burners again. I will say this, you should really combine with at least a healthy diet. Exercise too is great. It helps warm you up for your workout, helping you to perform better and shred more. I take this in the morning, remember on an empty stomach, with my other vitamin gummies, and then I take a pre workout supplement 30 mins before my workout. I burn a lot more, sweat more, and perform better. My muscles activate in ways they have not before and I’m pretty wowed by it. For extra info, I work six days a week, lifting heavy weight all six days and including cardio one day during the week, I hate cardio. But anyway… I’ll say you’ll get the best out of this product through combined effort: healthy diet, regular exercise, additional supplements you may need for your body. It does help suppress my appetite too. I would eat meals of relatively decent sizes and would still be hungry and this has helped eliminate that. As far as the taste goes, they do taste like apple. They have an odd aftertaste that’s kind of acrid or bitter but that’s supplements for you. They taste good at the top, but weird at the bottom. Nothing terrible or unbearable and after taking them for so long, you no longer really detect it. I love them and have ordered a second bottle before finishing this one. Take an honest assessment of yourself if you are considering ordering these. They are made to help supplement and aid in your goals, unfortunately they are not a magic fix for fat loss, you’re going to have to put in some work and it will take a while before you see results.

Did not work for me. I'm use to taking the green tea fat burners supplement but I wanted to try gummies instead of the pill. I don't feel a thing with these. Could be that I have a high tolerance. But it's a no for me. The taste is not bad to me though.

I tried these for a whole month and they do not work. You don’t lose weight and you don’t burn fat. I won’t be buying this anymore.

It gives stomach ache after a while

It works well.l like it because it helps me with digestion faster without side effects.I also like the gummy stars taste.I only take it when I eat fast food or oily food and it does help.I’m a subscriber

Take this on an empty stomach. I have notice it has been helping my appetite as far as not over eating and I have been feeling so much better and have started dropping a little bit of weight, I just recently started so to each their own
