Organic White Cake Flour (5 lb) Pastry Flour,Unbleached, NO potassium Bromate

Oh, I had to wait for this one! (Not the fault of the seller; rather, due to pandemic-related shortages), but it was worth waiting for! I was able to make my husband the perfect birthday cake!! I’ve tried for 40 years and this flour elevated my recipe to perfection. I accidentally spilled an entire cup of the precious stuff on the floor and had to scurry before the dachshund ate it all! Ironically, I spilled it because I TRIPPED over said dachshund...

This is by far my favorite cake flour, I have a nephew allergic to barley and this is perfect, I’m a baker and I love King Arthur cake flour, it contains barley like most so for someone with an allergy it can’t be used. This made a tender fluffy vanilla cake with a perfect flavor, and best of all it’s organic. Also it doesn’t taste like bleach like most white flours since they don’t bromate it. I’ll be buying again, if I can find a better price I would switch totally to this.

So hard to find flour that is not enriched, let alone in a cake flour. I only know one other brand that offers it and they're out of stock everywhere. This was a perfect alternative and gives my pastries and baking exactly what I'm looking for.

I like this product because it is organic, healthy, and delicious. I use this product to make muffins and cakes.

When the flour arrived. The information pictured on the side of the product about the content of the sack was totally white, no information at all. I was looking for 7 grams protein in the 1/3 cup measurement. This measurement was less than the ordinary flour in my kitchen. If truth of Nutrition is missing can the truth of being Organic also be in question? The flour did produce a good product. No question about that as a good flour for cakes and pies, just as cheaper products.

Convenient for baking! I hate the boxes, as they are too small and tip over easily. And 5 lbs is exactly the right size!
