Easy to use. The cleaning results were visible immediately even on carpet that did not look dirty. The directions were clear and simple. You definitely need to read and follow the directions to protect your carpet and flooring, but it is truly basic common sense instruction. Nearly all of the water was removed by the cleaner and the carpet was dry very quickly (within about 30 minutes). This machine makes no more noise than a regular vacuum cleaner. It is light enough to maneuver but still sturdy enough to do the job. The machine can handle a whole house carpet clean and is a reasonable choice for a limited area touch up. The price is around the cost of a one-time rental. For a hallway and small dining room deep clean, I filled the tank two or three times. It takes about two minutes to empty, clean, and refill the tank. If you can use a similar vacuum, you can handle this carpet cleaner.

1st time using so can’t speak to longevity of this product. Super easy assembly-just click together. Very lightweight and with that feature comes smaller capacity solution tank and narrower cleaning path but worth an extra refill to save your shoulder! Can’t really comment on normal drying time as I make multiple drying sweeps with the cleaner to extract as much moisture as possible and used many fans to speed up drying time. Carpet looks and feels great after dry and throughly vacuuming to remove any residual pet hair or shampoo. It did remove a few spots that my older and much heavier carpet cleaner couldn’t. I used the included Urine Odor solution and carpet smells wonderful. Emptying dirty water tank easy and a few rinses removed all debris. LOVE the feature to removal nozzle cover to clean! Overall very happy with this purchase and hope it will last a few years. It will be used A LOT!

Works like a charm—powerful and easy to use I was pleasantly surprised by how well this carpet cleaner performs. I initially put it together just to test it out, following the directions, and ended up cleaning two bedrooms and a couple of area rugs because it worked so well. It removed several "stains". Therapeutically speaking it tweaked my cleaning compulsion!!!! It’s easy to assemble, lightweight, and very effective at pulling up dirt and refreshing carpets. The included cleaning formulas are a great bonus and handled everyday messes with no problem. The only drawback is that I wish the dirty water reservoir were larger, since it fills up quickly when you’re doing multiple rooms. That said, it’s a small trade-off for how well it cleans. But I suppose that's what those larger rental units are for- "industrial" like cleaning. I'll trade the handy convenience of pulling this one out the closet . Overall, this machine does exactly what it promises and is perfect for regular home use. I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend. Got to go - heading to attack my mothers apartment!

It is a great carpet cleaner for the price! It is small, but it's mighty. I did have to refill the solution tank a few times and empty the waste tank twice for my basement alone, however I don't mind with the price I paid. It is also very light, making it easier to carry up and down the stairs. It pulled out so much dirt that the water was almost black. It proved to me I need a new vacuum 😁 it is a great cleaner if you aren't looking to spend a ton of money.

I have always liked Bissell products and this one does not disappoint me. It's smaller than the previous one, but it works better. It is easy to use and you do not have to constantly clean the brushes after each use. You have to empty it more often than the larger cleaners, but I don't mind because it makes a big difference when it comes to cleaning the carpet. I also like the smaller tool for upholstering stairs or upholstery. I wish I had a before and after because this small machine does a great job!

Works really well for small rooms with carpets . I found the suction and cleaning power to be as strong as I expected. You do need to change the water frequently but with a device that’s as sleek as this and easy to use I kinda expected it. That’s why sears uses those big water tanks. it does make your carpets smell brand new and really takes the black gunk up to surface level really like this quality and performance for a fair price

This is perfect, it’s smaller and easy to handle, did a great job on my carpet, rugs and furniture, it was easy to put together and easy to clean. Quality is great it’s a BISSELL, love it and used it immediately

Compact but powerful; works very well on carpet and stairs. I've had two Bissell Revolution Pet pro machines; the first one lasted aboput 8 years, the second one died after 5. It started to be leaky, left pools of solution. So hoping this one will last longer. I like the size and weight and the suction is I think stronger than the bigger Revolution. If you're tired of hauling a heaviier machine to the second floor, this one is so much easier. The cleaning width is smaller, as are the tanks....but if you dont have huge square foot areas of carpet to clean this machine will be great.

Should have told is that it used American plug on the wall

Just don't buy this! Mine came with an American plug, although ordered in Sweden from amazon.se but I opened the box while abroad and it was too late to return. This was a gift for my mum. After changing the plug, it literally got fire afyer 10 minutes of use. Upon inspection the copper winding of the motor was melted. Stay away!

Il s'agit d'un modèle américain et il ne fonctionne pas avec le réseau électrique français. J'ai acheté un transformateur, mais la machine coupe sans arrêt.

Can only give this product 4 stars as it comes with a Canada or USA electric plug not a British plug fitting so now have to buy a plug to work it in uk
