Resizing the holes with a 15/64" drill fixed the issue pretty neatly, but I still need to address the ones that stripped. 2. Some pieces are slightly assymetrical, e.g. small pilot holes for the I screws, and the instructions don't point it out. I had to backtrack a few times, which I could have avoided with more attention to detail, or more helpful instructions. 3. The front hangs slightly assymetrical, and causes the clip to be misaligned. I've measured all the parts a few times and made sure all the fasteners are tight, and can't tell why it wouldn't fit. The finished product earns 5 stars, assuming I can fix the misaligned panel and stripped bolts which both seem to be problems I could have avoided during assembly.
