PikoG Scale Model Trains FIX Glue - 55701

We buy a lot of Piko and Pola G scale buildings for our garden railroad. The buildings come with model cement, but it's not recommended if the building will be outside. The Piko Fix glue is recommended for Piko buildings that will be used outside. I believe Pola has their own version of glue for models that will be used outside, but we always have Piko Fix on hand so have used it on the Pola buildings and so far so good.

product is great, works fine… but shipping costs more than double its price… buy it with other stuff and spread cost

I bought this glue based on a review and I'm really glad I did! The model train building I was putting together came with model glue, but it was simply a tube. I needed a more intricate applicator and this did the job - its a long, narrow pin that applies the glue. It also allowed me to easily control the amount of glue.

Years ago model glue came in tubes and trying to get glue on a very small part or area was very difficult. I remember using a toothpick to accomplish this. On the down side the nozzle plugged up several times and I had to use compressed air (using a jury rigged adaptor to get a good seal) to clear the nozzle. Just a note: We use the word glue but just like the 'glue' used for PVC and ABS they are actually solvents that soften the plastic causing the plastic to bond to each other when they harden.

This is a product which is meant to be used only for plastic, and nothing else! The glue is quite thin, and if you're trying to cover a large hole, forget it..... It's not going to hold! Works well enough on gluing plastic buildings, but i would invest my money on a better, and more versatile product like guerrilla glue. One plus point in the excellent nozzle, which i find extremely effective in getting into small cracks, and crannies.

Hatte 2 Stück gekauft und bei der einen war die spritze mit Kleber zu so das nix mehr raus kam

Ist sehr gut!!!!!! Kleine und handliche Flasche die reicht überall mit hin, ich möchte sie nicht mehr missen und ziemlich preiswert...
