I have been using this whey protein for some time and I am really happy with the results. The quality is good, it mixes easily without lumps, and the taste is also nice and not too strong. I feel good energy during the day and it helps me recover faster after my workouts. The packaging is neat and the scoop is easy to use. Overall, it is a good product for anyone who wants to add protein to their diet in a simple and effective way.

Genuinely impressed with this product, the taste is very good and dissolves completely and easily , doesn't cause any guy issues . I've noticed better muscle recovery and reduced soreness after intense workouts.Would definitely recommend.

I bought this a few years back and reacted badly to it so I just gave it away to a friend at the time. Now that I bought it again without remembering my past mistake, I have understood the reasons why this does not work for me. Unlike Muscleblaze and Myfitfuel, Bigmuscles has sucralose/ace-k as the artificial sweetener and also xantham gum as a preservative. If you have a sensitive stomach like me, these 2 ingredients will draw water into your intestines and cause you to get liquid diarrhea which can end up becoming acidic and burning you. The first time I had this years ago, I also had another symptom which is the burning of the inside of my mouth. This was due to mucosal irritation, which is the same tissue as mouth lining and gut lining hence why both my gut and mouth reacted badly to this. Please be very careful in future if you have a sensitive stomach like me to make sure the ingredients list is short, simple and does not contain these additives.

The taste is ok. Like most protein powder it takes a bit chalky. It blends well with water or milk, and does the job fine. The packaging is good and price is low. However the turn off is the smell. It smells like some low end medicine powder and it's hard to overcome. It's been 2 days and I find the smell revolting, maybe it will take some getting used to. Other than that it's a good buy.

Let's see things will review in longterm but found like a less quantity felt like 700 800 gram instead of 1kg

Ok. It gives 35 grams of protein for 100 grams . After workout for muscle buliding depending on hight, weight etc 25 to 60 grams of protein required. Compared with soy based products this is damn costly. For soy based 40 grams can give approximately 30 gram protein. It is far cheaper for gym people. For that reason it is not advisable to buy it. 35 grams of protein for 100 grams . I kg lasts 10 days . 1 kg soy based products last upto 70 to 80 days. Product taste excellent although.
