This stuff works great. I put it on my legs before going to bed and am not getting the leg cramps nearly as often as I was before using it.

Works great on my husband and my pains in arms, neck and shoulder.

Works great but kind of odd smell, not offensive, just different. Gave only 4 stars due to difficult to open cap - It's child proof and hard to open for those with weak hands.

I get awful leg and foot cramps. This stuff is amazing! I put it on before going to bed and usually have no cramp, but I keep a spray version of this (same brand) by my bed and spray it on if I have a cramp. I used to have to get into a hot shower or use a heating pad all night to help alleviate cramps, but Theraworx is a game changer. I usually have relief from I consider to be mild cramps, in less than a minute. Tougher ones take a few minutes, but it works. I take it on trips too. You won't regret buying it if you suffer from cramps. I ignored the ads for three years, thinking nothing would work, before finally trying it. So glad I finally did.
