Getting results from using something like creatine takes time, it's not something that happens overnight. It took me a month or so to notice the difference, I could do more reps for my workouts which helped me progress in calisthenics. There are some things you have to look out for, like drinking 3-5 L of water daily, which proved to be quite a challenge. Also, mixing this with water gave it a weird taste so, I recommend drinking this with your protein shake. Overall it depends on how you use it.. the product does stand up to its name. Research creatine thoroughly before purchasing any products to understand it better and use them effectively.
