What’s the box size?

It is a box about 15 inches wide and about 3 inches tall. I love this tea. I was very please when I ordered it.

Is the delivery timely?

Amazon ships all Prime Products. Amazon usually delivers on the promised date.

I do not know. The green tea is not naturally decaffeinated. Everything in this is natural so there will be a natural amount of caffeine nothing added I presume. Additionally there is nothing marked on the Box caffeinated or decaf.

Is there a shelf life to these tea balls?

These teas are best consumed within 2 years. After 2 years they can become a bit stale.
