First time arrived in a squashed up box, both tub empty. Amazon customer service was brilliant, replaced it next day. That came better packaged and no problem. The face wash is amazing, you put it on and it makes your face warm up straight away, opens up your pores. I use it with a face hoover after shower and it makes my face feel clean and beautiful. The price for this face wash on amazon is unbeatable, never seen anywhere this cheap.

Great product

Not as warming as the Gillette thermal gel but a better quality wash. I've been mostly using this post shaving to maintain my skin under my beard and it works great.

Not as good as I thought it might be, the item I should have ordered is the warming face mask which is brilliant
