The cover snaps onto the M8, securing the back and edges which are most susceptible to damage on drops/knocks etc. The cover has a balanced smooth/brushed machine-buffered feel to it. The case fits snuggly like a glove. It does not really add much bulk to the phone but style and perfection.

This is a lovely phone case. I did find the back scratched quite easily but this may have just been me in and out of handbags etc.

Coppery but excellent quality.
Overall I am very impressed with the quality of this product. It almost makes up for the fact that I should have bought my HTC One M8 in gold except that this "gold" is more coppery-gold than true gold

Questionable quality of the build.
I really want to 4 star it, but based on the fact that i opened the parcel and the phone case was cracked, really makes it hard for me to like it. The shine and look of this case was in fact nice, it is just the build quality i am concerned with. Some may say it could be the delivery person's fault, maybe they were not careful with it. But if this case can not survive the process of transportation, how would it protect my phone if i drop it.Maybe i am just the unlucky one as others seem to have it in one piece... but i do like the look of it... just whether its worth another stab at it and try order another one.

Love this cover, good protection for my HTC M8 plus looks great. Quite sturdy although it will dent if dropped....as I discovered. Still love it though :)
