Difference between the two are mostly the length (straight left to right), height (bottom to top), and depth/width (how wide the stand is from front to back). Although, Dt111101wb does have a slot on both sides to hold your phone and/or pens whereas FDT108001WB does not. Can this hold a 32 inch flat screen tv?

Strength wise, it would have no problem. But if you are thinking 2 TV's, it is not long enough. I have 2 27" monitors and they fit almost perfect, I cannot imagine it able to support 2 32" TV's.

Can the two end pieces close together to make one flat surface?

No it will not make one flat serve. The two side pieces has hardware that goes into holes in middle piece but they are raised above that middle piece.

My monitor stands came without two pieces. Who can i contact?

I would either return and get another or call the manufacturer
