The car doesnt work. Only one rear wheel spins and the other doesnt work at all. We purchased this for my sons birthday and let it charge all night. Imagine the disappointment when he went ro press the pedal only to go no where. I also dont think my car was new. Although I purchased the new option not used. The stickers were already on the car and some parts that the instructions say to assemble were already put together. And there are lots of scuff marks on the car. I thought it was odd for it to be brand new and already have scratches and scuffs. Im not happy with this purchase at all.

I would give at least one star at first but now it doesn’t run at all comes on but doesn’t move and my son love his car. I don’t want nothing but a replacement car so my son can ride his car. Please HELP!!!

UPDATE** the seller offered a full refund and was very responsive in working with me. The car is great quality aside from the issues i had with the battery as outlined below.I bought this car not even 2 1/2 months ago and battery won’t hold a charge for more than 2-3 minutes. Not used everyday probably 15-20 times since I’ve had it. Follow all instructions and use appropriately. Will update if seller offers replacement battery or solution to the issue.

This ride-on car MADE my son's 3rd Birthday!! Best toy decision I've ever made. He practically wants to sleep in it(not even exaggerating - I can't for the life of me pry him away from his new car!) He drives it to and from the mailbox, to the park - all around our neighborhood, jammin' out to all the cool music stations! It has the coolest features, including high beam lights, radio, USB, high and low speed, vertical suicide doors and a remote for parent controller (perfect for steering him away from his little girlfriend's houses, ha!) It's an amazing price and great quality! We could not be happier! Perfect for summer fun for little toddlers. It does requite assembly, however, it's fairly easy to put together.

So when I first received the car I was impressed. Very sleek and cool design. That is the first and last good thing I have to say about this car and the company I bought it from. The car worked twice. TWICE!!! The radio or whatever you call it never worked no matter which phone or mp3 player you hooked up to it. After the second use I charged the battery. The next day is refused to move. The lights turned on and made noise but that is all. I contacted the company and they sent me a message on how to fix the possible problem which I appreciated. None of it worked. When I told them that they sent the same email again. When I told them that they sent the same email again! This happened 2 more times. Now I'm trying to get my money back and it's taking a while. My neighbor bought one of these at the same time. Hers lasted 4 charges and now she's having the same issue with emails and refunds. STEER CLEAR! Save yourself the headaches!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I love that it was easy to assemble. The hardest part of putting it together was the steering wheel. It could have been me , but everything else was easy and quick. My grandson loves it. He is 3 and it goes just fast enough inside and out. I also love the remote. When he gets close to something I can keep him from running into things and the reverse option is a big help also. Would highly recommend it for the toddlers. Great sound affects 😊 Just like driving a real car to them😊

Awesome product and AWESOME seller! I was very satisfied with this entire purchase! My grandsons birthday was coming up and the earliest date for delivery would have been AFTER his birthday. Amazon suggested i contact the seller, which I did. I explained my situation and asked if there was anything that i could do to get it earlier. After sending my email, not only did i get a super fast reply, but for no extra fees at all, they rushed the delivery out to me and shipped the very next day! I was expecting problems and i got NONE. It actually arrived almost 2 days before his birthday, not damaged at all! Looked even better than i expected! The price was so reasonable compared to others, there was assembly required but it came with easy to follow instructions, and everything you need to assemble. The only thing you will need is a screwdriver! I Everything was perfect, the sound affects, the lights, the look and style, and the best part....remote control access! My grandson just turned 2 so my daughter was easily able to control the trip entirely! This was a totally great purchase and the seller will most definitely get me as a customer in the future. They know how to do good business. I plan on spreading the word! My grandson loved it! So this was the cherry on top! Thanks so much to the seller!

Product is a hit or miss. The customer service was a total miss.Purchased two one for my son and another was a gift for my nephew. As you may have it, the one meant as a gift did not work. It took a while for my brother to get to set up the car and it went beyond the 60 days. The car would not move. Despite trying articles on manufacturers website , couldn’t figure out the problem.On contacting amazon customer support, we were asked to talk to the manufacturer support. The idea was to see beyond the 60 day warranty, what could be done. I had requested a return on car I got for my son as he was still young and that was still had a week left to expiry, per Amazon, at the time of reaching out to the manufacturer support.The customer service initially mentioned that they may take it back but then in a subsequent mail , detracted and just said this is 60 day beyond the purchase date and here is the troubleshooting article. There was no response to any note beyond that.So i did more research for ride on toys , if you are buying this (and nearly every other product in this category) , please check if it’s shipped by the manufacturer then please beware of potential bad quality, manufacturer warranty is really bare minimum and customer service was whimsical at best.It was priced at $170 - which does present a value but it’s not without its risks and that is not reflected in the reviews.
