I wasn’t sure if it’d be worth the price tag, but I absolutely adore all the features it comes with. For one, the size is compact. I know other reviewers mentioned the size being small, but it still looked big to me on photos. I was pleasantly surprised when it came in to see how compact it actually was. It fits perfectly on my night stand (which is on the smaller side). I got the color moonstuck, which is a pretty gray hue that looks like it can have a slight green tint to it. Love the aesthetic. It has plenty of features, such as having options for a night light (yellow or red light— both dimmable), and a white noise machine (3 different levels for volume). I love its anti-mold features, and helps me feel at ease using it. It’s also dishwasher safe and has the ability to use essential oils if you purchase a separate aroma stone or aroma well (which goes inside the tank). I wish you could purchase the additional accessories on desertcart, but I think it’s via their website only. One of my favorite features is the ability to use tap water. All over, give it an A+! ### ⭐ Unclear *by A***Z on September 5, 2026* Disappointed with the product, unclear instructions, and customer service response I purchased the Canopy Bedside Humidifier because I wanted a product I could feel confident using for my baby. I am about to become a first-time mom, with my baby girl due in just a few weeks, and I’m learning something new every day as I prepare for her arrival. Because of that, I need baby products to have clear instructions and give me confidence that they are safe to use. Unfortunately, my experience with this humidifier has been the opposite. There is no maximum fill line on the humidifier, and the instructions do not clearly explain how much water should be added. The company also instructs customers to use tap water. I followed the instructions provided, yet my filter became extremely wet and developed significant discoloration that appeared burnt/damaged. I contacted Canopy Customer Experience because I was genuinely concerned. Initially, I was told that filling the tank to approximately 70% could help prevent overfilling. However, their most recent response now clarifies that there is actually no maximum fill line and customers can add as much water as they would like, and that the 70% level was merely a suggestion. I appreciate the clarification, but this actually makes the lack of clear instructions even more concerning. Customers should not have to guess how much water to put into a humidifier, especially when the product is marketed for use around babies and children. I also want to be clear that my concern was never simply that the filter was wet. I understand that the filter sits in the water tray and is expected to become wet during use. My concern was the burnt-looking discoloration/damage to the filter after following the company’s instructions. That concern was not adequately addressed, nor was I offered replacement filters or a satisfactory resolution. As a first-time mom preparing for my baby’s arrival, I simply do not feel comfortable using this product anymore. When it comes to something I intend to use around my newborn, I need clear instructions, transparency, and confidence in the product. Unfortunately, Canopy has not given me that confidence. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its instructions and customer support.
