I have tried everything possible for hair growth.. msm everything and this by far gave me the most noticeable results. My hair is so much stronger and thicker. Taste is not too bad at all. If you are acne prone you will break out most likely. I am not prone and still got a few painful pimples but nothing to make me stop taking it. Finished the bottle and purchasing again!
