This is the fanciest piece of technology I own, even moreso than my own car. I cannot overstate the usefulness, reliability, work ethic, and ease to maintain. I've never had to go over the work it's completed after a cleaning cycle, as it eliminated all of the dirt and sufficiently mopped all of the floor surfaces. It's communicative to you through the app, so it tells you what it needs... But don't forget that it's up to YOU to maintain the machine: it's not entirely self-cleaning & self-sufficient. Refill, drain, & sanitize the water reservoirs. Take out the mop base assembly & clean/sanitize it from hair, dirt, and debris. Remove the roller, remove the ends, and take out the balled up pieces of hair & string. I feel like purchasers neglect to perform simple machine maintenance & care, & blame the machine when it malfunctions due to build-up. It is not a quiet machine, but with its suction power it's worth the trade-off. This machine seems pricey, but it is worth every penny paid for. Love the "remote control" feature to "drive" the machine around & view through the camera & listen through the microphone to check on my pets at home.

It's a bit pricey, but is definitely worth it. Cleaning the floors is my least favorite chore. This robot does a wonderful job and saves me the headache. I've had several other ones over the years, and this is the best by far. It's quieter, maps better, and doesn't run into things.

I have had the Dreame X30 for 2 1/2 weeks and can honestly say this vac/mop is amazing. The routine setting is good but the Deep cleaning is amazing our floors look so clean/shinny. We have kiddo's and dogs, I forgot how good the wood floors used to look when I first installed them. Them app is very user friendly. I would definitely recommend.

The media could not be loaded. El equipo llego con un daño de hardware. No hace mapping de las habitaciones, queda dando vueltas en circulos en un solo lugar. Me contacte con el soporte de dreame y simplemente no se hacen cargo. La compra la envie para un regalo internacional y ahora tengo que pagar los costos de devolucion siendo mas caro el courier que el equipo, frustracion total y nadie se hace cargo. Busque en foros de usuarios (reddit) y veo que es algo que le ha pasado a muchos por lo tanto conocen el defecto. Mucha frustración generalizada con el aftersales. Nadie se hace cargo de ningún problema. Ojo con tu compra.

Cleans my porcelain floors well. Vacuums pretty good but not as well as my high powered shark. Sometimes gets confused on location and doesn't vacuum the whole area.
