I take at night before I go to bed the hot flashes have stopped and I sleep through the night. Helps with immune system I havent been sick since I started them.

My children love these great way to make sure there getting all there vitamins and minerals. I used to give them the minerals individually but this is way easier for them to take.

I have not been taking this product long enough to be able to speak upon its effects but the gummies are very difficult to remove from the bottle because they are stuck together.
