Bad Customer Service
I purchased this for my sister for her birthday and it arrived damaged. The NutriChef customer service was terrible. They said you need to call Amazon. My sister is tiny - the dehydrator is bigger than she is. After speaking to Amazon, they agreed to send her another one. So she and I had to put this heavy dehydrator in the box and Amazon picked it up at her home. They sent her a new one and the door was dent. We don't have the time, energy or willpower to send it back again. You would think they would at least reimburse the shipping cost of $27.99We will review the actual product later. But the shipping to Hawaii and the customer service is a 1 star.
