For Hatchbox Red, Blue and White ABS I use a hotend temp of 240C and bed temp of 98C. Sticks good to smooth PEI bed and has excellent layer adhesion and acetone gluing characteristics. My printer is in an un-heated enclosure made of 1/2 inch foamboard. I've made some items that are over a meter long and made up of 10 or more acetone glued together parts and I've never experienced any cracking or layer separation even after a few years of use now. This ABS should withstand exposure to direct sunlight in the summer, say 120 F, with no problem. ABS is not UV resistant so it needs to be painted if it will be getting a lot of exposure to direct sunlight, regardless of the temperature. **Q: I've attempted to print with this several times. Each time it clogs in the nozzle it appears to become very brittle when it stays in the nozzle?** A: I've noticed this color is more brittle than any color I've used from them so far which includes blue, red, green, transparent blue and transparent red. It often snaps when I remove the spool and try to wind the end through one of the small holes on the spool. Haven't had a jam yet though.
