Kombu kelp good and Healthy
I mix this with dried bonito flakes to make more flavor. The Kombu is for healthly intake slightly mellow taste but ok.

Great when you want dashi without starting from scratch or to add to regular dashi for extra flavor. You can even add a pinch to ponzu for extra umami.

Schmeckt
Ich weiß natürlich nicht, wie original es schmeckt, aber in Kombination mit meiner Misopaste und so weiter kommt da eine leckere Misosuppe bei raus. Ich verwende sogar nur 1/3 eines Beutelchens für eine Portion. Ich sah bei dem Paket übrigens keine Beschreibung auf deutsch
